Refund & Escrow Policy
Last updated: April 2026
1. Escrow protection
All payments are held in a secure escrow wallet from the moment the buyer pays. Funds are NOT released to the seller until the order is delivered and accepted by the buyer (or auto-released after 3–7 days of no response).
2. When refunds apply
Buyers are eligible for a full refund if: the seller fails to ship within the agreed time, the product is significantly different from the description, the product arrives damaged or counterfeit, or shipment proof cannot be provided.
3. How to request a refund
Open a dispute from your order page within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery). Provide photos, screenshots, or any supporting evidence. Our team reviews each case manually and impartially.
4. Dispute resolution
Once opened, the dispute pauses any escrow auto-release. Both buyer and seller can submit evidence. An admin reviews and decides to either refund the buyer or release funds to the seller. Decisions are typically made within 3 business days.
5. Auto-release
If the buyer does not confirm or open a dispute within 3–7 days after delivery, the funds will automatically release to the seller. We notify both parties via email and dashboard.
6. Non-refundable scenarios
Custom or made-to-order items, digital downloads accessed by the buyer, items damaged after delivery confirmation, and disputes opened beyond the 7-day window are typically not eligible for refund.
