Tesamorelin

Tesamorelin is a synthetic analog of growth hormone–releasing hormone (GHRH) that stimulates the pituitary gland to increase endogenous growth hormone secretion. This elevation in growth hormone can subsequently influence insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) levels, playing a role in regulating metabolism, body composition, and lipid utilization.
